Standard Residential Jobs
Most Clean Break services are completed in a single visit. For these jobs:
Larger / Multi-Day Projects
For projects that take longer than a day or include multiple service phases, we present a payment schedule upfront before you accept the job. No surprises — you’ll see the full breakdown before we begin.
Getting an Estimate Is Simple
To estimate your price, we consider the typical home styles and sizes in your area, along with the average time required to complete the service.
For some services, we’ll need a bit more information about your home to give a final quote, such as the number and type of windows, or the size of your decks and driveway.
Service Pricing Details
Power Washing
Priced based on the square footage of the surface. Driveways, patios, decks, sidewalks, and walkways. Stairs or retaining walls are priced per section.
Exterior Window Cleaning
Includes exterior window panes and frames. Skylights, glass railings, and specialty panels are priced per piece.
Interior Window Cleaning
Includes interior panes and glass doors. Skylights and high interior glass can be added individually.
Gutter Cleaning
Debris removal and full downspout flush included. Exterior gutter brightening available as an add-on.
House Washing
Soft-wash cleaning of siding, soffits, trim, and fascia. Exterior windows can be added if requested.
Roof Washing
Low-pressure roof cleaning and moss treatment. Requires a brief on-site assessment for accuracy and safety.
